This is actually not a so new news. I just haven’t had a chance to post it here.

It is a priviledge to have an acceptance into the Artistic Guild of Wedding Photojournalist Association (AGWPJA) and Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA). As a member, I will join the ranks of some of the most talented wedding photojournalists in the world as judged by their technical, creative and visual aptitude.

I will also be held to strict membership standards regarding image quality and content, technical and creative technique, website and marketing professionalism, business ethics and communication. In turn, he gains prestigious affiliation with one of the industry’s top professional organizations.

Jennifer & Ben

August 7th, 2009

Jennifer & Ben had a unique venue for their wedding. It was such a beautiful barn. Dessert table filled up with wedding cakes really popped up in the reception. As their wedding photojournalist, I could not resist to capture special expressions and details in their wedding.

Jennifer and Brian

June 12th, 2009

Jennifer and Brian will get married this coming September and had their engagement pictures taken this summer at Inniswood Metro Garden, Westerville, in Northeast side of Columbus

We were impressed with the beauty of the gardens and natural areas: streams, woodlands, landscape flowerbeds, and rock gardens.

Ty, Jennifer’s son, joined them in this photo session too and contributed neat ideas by suggesting different poses and locations to take pictures. Jennifer and Brian were an easygoing couple to work with and the pictures show their characteristics.

As their wedding photographer, I can not wait to capture their special moment that will be taken in Newark, Ohio.

Safiya and Alex

May 5th, 2009

Safiya and Alex had a unique Islamic ceremony held at Cosi’s Atrium with downtown and riverfront views. Safiya wore a traditional Moroccan hand sewn wedding dress. She looked stunning and eccentric in that dress.

The ceremony was continued by an intimate simple outdoor reception at the courtyard. The Mediterranean food was so delicious catered by Café of Istanbul, one of our favorite Mediterranean restaurants at Columbus and the wedding cake was baked by Wholefood Bakery. The cake was buttery and moist, almost perfect for our taste.

We really took pleasure as their wedding photographer for being part of capturing the beauty of a multicultural wedding.

Ayu and Quang

May 5th, 2009

We traveled to Ontario, Canada to shoot wedding pictures of Ayu and Quang, the fun couple. Ayu is a fine-looking bride and Quang is an extrovert groom. Even though we were weary after a long drive from Columbus, we had so much fun taking their pictures. It might be because of alcohol boost. Every guest had to take one shot of liquor.

The ceremony was charming and held in a feminine pastel color church that complemented Ayu’s urbane wedding dress. The reception had rich black and white satin linen. Candles and large red rose petals enhanced a lot of drama.

But, this company called Luna Bazaar sells reasonable Asian paper lantern, candle, and parasol with different colors and patterns that are fantastic for wedding.

And, chocolate’s common connotations are calm, boldness, depth, natural organisms, nature, richness, rustic, stability, tradition, anachronism, fascism, boorishness, dirt, dullness, filth, heaviness, poverty, roughness, earth (classical element), October, Capricorn, Scorpio (reddish brown, star signs), down-to-earth.
