Annie and Dan

November 5th, 2008

Annie and Dan reside in Australia but they would have their wedding in Columbus since Annie’s family live in Columbus.

Annie was very selective when choosing the right photographer and we are flattered that she chose us.

Annie requested to meet Dan on the bridge for the first time on the wedding day while we captured the event. It was so romantic. Dan was anxious and excited at the same time while waiting for Annie to come. At last, she came and they kissed just like the ending of a story when a princess and a prince live happily ever after.

Evy and Chris

November 5th, 2008

We really admire the hidden talent that Evy has when it comes to flowers. All the flowers for her wedding were designed and arranged by her. The bright pink asiatic lilies looked luscious.

Her make up looked naturally magnificent on her. Mukha Custom Cosmetics did an impressive job.

The ceremony was held at St Joseph Cathedral Church in downtown Columbus. The design of this building looks very classy.

Pretty flowers

November 5th, 2008

Brides always dream to have lots of flowers in their wedding day. Most of them end up over budget or cut on the amount of flowers.

While researching on “How to cut cost on your wedding flowers?”, one of the suggestions is to purchase the flowers from wholesaler and to create the flower arrangements by yourself.

The Grower’s Box is a website that sells high quality bulk flowers in very reasonable price

Nina and Jacob

November 4th, 2008

Nina looked stunning in her wedding day. And, Jacob reminded me Apple Macintosh’s guy. It might be because of the glasses.

The scenic view facing to the river and downtown where the ceremony was held is so breathtaking. North Bank Park is one of the most beautiful places in Columbus for intimate outdoor wedding.

Diana and Dave

November 4th, 2008

We were unsure where we could shoot nice and uncommon outdoor pictures in Columbus, Ohio. After brainstorming, we decided to take it at a parking lot in downtown. What makes it so extraordinary is that the parking lot has a neon liked green paint all over the ground and cars. We were so excited and could not wait until tomorrow to take Diana and Dave’s pictures.

Both Diana and Dave are easy to work with. And, the weather was so nice.

Where to find inspirations for wedding and birthday decors?

November 4th, 2008

The answer is so simple: Martha, Martha, and Martha Stewart.

Martha’s design is simple and elegant. PERIOD.

It is a the “Do It Yourself” (DIY) project and really is challenging. There are tons of exquisite ideas for weddings and birthdays. Not only were they graceful, but were also pleasing to the eye.

I got the inspiration from Martha to have a Hawaiian birthday party for my 2 years old daughter. My girlfriends baked the hibiscus cupcakes while I designed the stand by stacking bowls and plates and sticking handmade green paper leaves on them. It looked so elegant and cute.
